From BGA heatsinks and memory modules, to Solar collectors, we provide products that meet the demands of customer specific needs. In addition to custom thermal solutions, Hunter Micro also offers off-the-shelf thermal products including extruded aluminum heat sinks, cold forged heat sinks, folded, bonded and stacked fin heat sinks, as well as more complicated solutions involving heat pipes or composite materials.
